Reporting a bug or a wrong result

A good report lets us reproduce the problem on the first try. Please include:

• the link to the tool page;
• the exact input, or a small sample that shows the problem, and the options you selected;
• the result you got and the result you expected – and where the expected value comes from (a specification, another tool or a reference implementation);
• your browser and version, operating system and device;
• a screenshot or any error message, if there is one.

Suggesting a tool or feature

Describe the task you want to get done, the input and output formats, and any standard, RFC or example you rely on. Concrete examples help us judge whether a tool can run in the browser.

Privacy and legal requests

For data-protection requests or questions about the Privacy Policy or Terms of Service, use the same address and put “Privacy” in the subject line.

What to expect

There is no live chat or phone support. We read every message and usually reply within a few working days; bug reports with clear steps to reproduce are handled first.

Please do not send secrets

Never email real passwords, private keys, API tokens or other people’s personal data. If a problem only appears with sensitive input, describe it or create a similar dummy value that shows the same behaviour.
