Customizable SHAKE functions
cSHAKE (NIST SP 800-185) extends SHAKE with a function name and a customization string, so the same input yields independent outputs for different purposes. Use it for domain separation in protocols and key derivation. With an empty function name and customization string, cSHAKE returns the same result as SHAKE.
