How Salary Calculator works
The amount is first converted to a yearly figure: hourly × hours per week × weeks; daily × days per week × weeks; weekly × weeks; biweekly × weeks ÷ 2; semimonthly × 24; monthly × 12. Every other period is then derived from the yearly amount with the same factors. All values are gross, before tax.
